Lynsey holds two leadership roles at Shopify. The first is as VP of User Experience, where she oversees the distributed 300+ UX group and their work across Shopify. UX at Shopify comprises of a talented and diverse team of designers, UX researchers, content strategists, and front end developers. The second role is as GM for Shopify’s Core Product, where she leads a large team of product managers, engineers, and UX designers as they develop the products to help entrepreneurs start, run, and scale their businesses.
She’s spent most of her career helping fast-growing companies develop and scale teams, and customer-centric culture.
