Donna is a product designer and researcher.
Donna comes from a background in research, found her calling in design, and thrives in strategic, systems thinking. She loves to uncover needs and translate them into actionable, impactful designs and business opportunities. She asks a lot of questions, eats post-its for breakfast, and cares deeply about getting people’s stories heard. She believes that active listening and cross-functional collaboration are integral to successful companies and products.
Donna values empathy, vulnerability, community, impact and passion.
In a past life, she was a bioengineer, breast cancer researcher, and social policy data analyst. Donna is a reformed Texan and former New Yorker.
Donna lead diversity initiatives and efforts to increase the adoption of user-centered design. She draws and sometimes acts.
