Allanna is a User Experience Leader with over 20 years’ hands-on experience driving successful user experiences for a wide variety of users. Her experience ranges across an entire spectrum of user research, requirements articulation, visual design, front-end development, and prototyping of experiences for small and large-scale opportunities in global, fast-paced, dynamic, multi-industry environments.
As a UX/UI Manager she has managed UX teams of over 10 people from UX Architects, UI Developers, Visual Designers and Information Architects. As a manager, she has always been hands-on as a UX resource supporting projects to execute features as well as managing teams. She has an excellent track record of mentoring user experience professionals and keeping them motivated through successfully execution of engagements.
