Carrie Andersen is a Senior Content Strategy Manager and Experience Design Lead overseeing Wayfair’s Loyalty & Financing team. In that capacity, she focuses on thinking about what’s next for effective, user-friendly consumer financing experiences with her small but mighty experience design team.
She received her Ph.D. in American Studies at the University of Texas at Austin and taught undergraduate courses in UX, digital media, cultural history, and technology as an occasional adjunct professor. In a past life, she also built spaces for community dialogue and connection online as a digital communications strategist, social media manager, editorial board member, and journalist.
