
Christina Koehn is a Principal Design and Creative Director at Microsoft, where she started working as a UX Designer in 2009. She was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington and graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a BFA in Visual Communication Design in 2007. Christina has been at Microsoft for over 12 years, and has been involved with crafting user experiences for Bing, MSN, Microsoft Health, Store, the Edge browser, and most recently Windows 11. Christina is passionate about design systems, creative direction and storytelling for product, and currently leads a team of designers who work across multiple products to envision cohesive, inclusive, branded future experiences for Microsoft. Christina is also co-founder of the Women in Design initiative at Microsoft, which focuses on cultivating awareness of gender-related issues and elevating the influence of women leaders in the design industry.
