Claire is a seasoned design leader and former award-winning college-level design educator. She currently leads a team of designers and a researcher at BlackLine, a leading cloud software provider that automates and controls financial close and accounting processes.
Claire is passionate about building scalable & repeatable processes and best practices in design teams and organizations for operational efficiency and motivating and empowering the next generation of design leaders. She is a co-founder of Women’s Design Leadership and a firm believer in DEI practice in a tech organization.
