Elaine Lee is the Principal Product Designer for Twilio Autopilot, Twilio’s Conversational AI platform. Prior to Twilio, she lead design for a fully AI-powered bot (eBay’s e-commerce bot on Messenger and Google Assistant), and a hybrid bot with human in the loop. She has spoken at conferences like SuperBot, Business of Bots, Talk UX, Voice Summit, and SIGNAL. She’s been interviewed by bot builders and companies like Botsociety. In addition, she spoke on the podcast VUX and published on Medium her experience designing for this space. Before her AI-bot design career, she was an art director at ad agencies and product designer at startups in NYC and SF.
