As female scientist and twenty-year veteran of Silicon Valley, Janet currently focuses on addressing the hidden neural barriers to diversity and inclusion in technology and business leadership. A pioneer in the application of neuroscience research findings to leadership, organization culture and diversity, Janet Crawford has consulted in the Hi-tech, Bio-tech/ Pharmaceutical, Entertainment, Financial Services, Education, and Non-profit sectors. Her work enables clients to:

Prior to embarking on her current career, Janet spent a decade as an environmental scientist and leader in technical environments. She holds a Masters from Stanford University and a BA from UC Berkeley, as well as Master Practitioner Certification in Neuro-linguistic Programming. She is former adjunct faculty at the JFK University Graduate School of Psychology.
