Jen is a Product Design Lead at the Scotiabank Digital Factory, where she’s part of the awesome team working to re-imagine banking. Her recent work includes strategy and research around the customer support journey, and design for journey products, including Search and the Help Centre.
Prior to joining Scotiabank, Jen worked in agency and consulting organizations, servicing industries as various as health care, government, pharmaceutical, airline, retail, insurance and banking. She holds a Certificate in UX from New York University, and a Master of Design in Inclusive Design from the Ontario College of Art & Design.
As an active participant in the broader tech and design community, Jen is always looking to connect, learn and contribute.
