Jenny is a design leader based in Brooklyn with 20 years of experience helping shape the world into a better place through human-centric design. She currently runs Fjord NY, a service design & innovation consultancy that is part of Accenture Interactive.
Jenny has a diverse background that spans service design, design-led strategy, interaction design, and visual design. She specializes in leading cross-disciplinary teams to uncover new opportunities, define transformational services, and launch ground-breaking products.
Her experience across a variety of agency & consultancy settings has included running and operating a design studio of 40+ designers, delivering client work, managing teams and accounts, overseeing and driving new business, developing talent strategy, and producing thought capital/leadership. While she has worked across many industries, she has a particular passion for and depth of knowledge in health & life sciences.
Jenny’s education includes a B.A. in Fine Arts from Cornell University and many years of travel and field research.
