Jing is an award-winning product and design leader who creates order out of chaos. Jing has helped dozens of companies build successful products. She founded an EdTech platform that is used by 4,000 schools, and built a UX team from scratch at Outschool, an online learning platform that serves 1MM+ kids around the world. Jing’s work has been featured by the App Store and WeWork, as well as winning the Samsung NEXT Innovation Challenge, and TechInclusion awards.
Jing started her career at Apple, after receiving her Masters in HCI from Carnegie Mellon University. Over the years, Jing has published research articles in ACM CHI as well as shared her knowledge with thousands of people through her talks at WWDC, Product Hunt, TradeCraft, and General Assembly.
