Over the past 10 years, Kathya has worked in a variety of roles —from finances to marketing. Her strength is focusing efforts around business goals, crafting compelling stories to get alignment, and working across teams to get traction that deliver results.
Currently, she’s the Principal Consultant at INSTRUMNTAL, a creative consultancy that transform businesses to more human-centered, purpose-driven companies. Before starting INSTRUMNTAL, Kathya was the Managing Director at Conveyor, a strategic communications agency headquartered in Portland, Oregon; as well as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Portland.
Kathya is also one of the owners of Madriguera Brewing, a Colombian craft brewery working to revolutionize the beer industry in Colombia, and a founding member to TogetherDigital ATL, a professional organization focused on empowering women in the digital space in Atlanta, Georgia.
