Kritika is an award winning Product Designer and Illustrator based in San Francisco with over eight years of experience in working on consumer and enterprise design, and has a keen passionate for designing for social impact.
She currently lead adoption & growth design at Asana. Before this, she led design for the machine learning powered search experience, delivery driver tipping experience, and safety and sustainability initiatives at Uber.
Kritika believes in designing and crafting useful, usable and desirable solutions that lie at the confluence of business, technology, and users. Her design contributions have been featured in several media publications including TechCrunch, Verge, Forbes, The Independent, among others.
Apart from her designing, she is a visiting speaker at the California College of the Arts.
