Krystianne has held Executive positions in Sales and Sales Operations at Ingram Micro, Professional Consulting and Global Alliance Management at Capgemini, Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and currently Krystianne is a Principal Executive at Capgemini focused on strategy, development, execution and GTM landing of a change management offer.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Business from Point Loma University.
Krystianne continues to stimulate positive action and is recognized as a decisive and strategic thinker and a natural team builder. Krystianne’s Gallup StrengthFinder top 5 themes include Strategic, Connectedness, Competition, Ideation and Futuristic.
She is committed and active in Diversity & Inclusion efforts established throughout her professional career focused primarily on LGBT and Gender topics. In 2003, while at Capgemini, she launched the first LGBT Employee Resource Group as well as acted as part of the Executive Council for the Women@Capgemini initiative. During her time with Hewlett Packard, Krystianne served as the Global Executive Sponsor for the PRIDE group @ HP in 2015. Today she is the Executive Sponsor for the Women@Capgemini initiative.
Krystianne currently holds board positions for Lesbians Who Tech and HyeTech.
