Based in the Bay Area, Lacey serves as a consultant for conflict wellness, intersectionality, racial equity, and inclusion. She is an expert in recognizing communication dynamics, utilizing her expertise to facilitate dialogue, and empowering individuals and groups. As a training and development team lead, she creates hands-on, intensive workshops that provide a safe space and transformative dialogue in families, schools, and workplaces. Lacey studied Education at Texas State University and has 100+ hours of Mediation and Conflict Resolution training.
