Lada Gorlenko is an organizational psychologist who helps businesses build better experiences for customers, partners, and employees. A practitioner, a manager, and a trainer, she has worked at global enterprises and boutique firms alike. Lada’s career evolved from cross-cultural management development to UX before UX became an official discipline name.

Lada’s speaking engagements range from global conferences to private workshops for C-level executives. She covers a broad range of topics, and is particularly passionate about customer-centric innovation and change management driven by customer-centricity.  She is also a curator of the Enterprise Experience conference and has previously curated Interaction and UXPA conferences.

Lada is a passionate community builder. in 2005, she co-founded the Interaction Design Association (IxDA) that grew to a major global community with over 100,000 members worldwide. She has also founded a community of professional expatriate women in Seattle that now has 1,500+ members.

Lada loves challenge, holds candor above diplomacy, and has unlimited passion for what she does.
