Lisa Kay Solomon specializes in the intersection between leadership, design and innovation. In the MBA program in design strategy her “Innovation Studio” class offers an in-depth introduction to the innovation process and explores why the ability to innovate is itself a leadership skill.
Outside of CCA, Lisa is the founding principal of LKS Partners, a practice dedicated to the design and facilitation of strategic leadership discussions. Previously, Lisa spent seven years at Monitor Group’s Global Business Network, a world leader in scenario planning, where she specialized in helping organizations engage in productive, collaborative, and strategic conversations about the future through scenarios and rapid-fire ideation.
