Megan Miller is Service Design Manager for Stanford University, where she works with her team to design seamless and quality customer experiences for the Stanford community. Through her work, she is building momentum around service design. Megan is a leader in the Stanford design community, inspiring colleagues to embrace true end-to-end thinking in a higher ed context.
Megan has a broad range of design experience, including brand, identity, visual, user experience, product, and service design. She is passionate about building practice, and is deeply involved in developing methods, frameworks, and principles to bring Stanford University into a new era of service design thinking to better serve the community. An evangelist of experience design, Megan presents and leads workshops to raise awareness and capacity for design thinking in the campus community.
