Mel Rainsberger has been an experience designer and digital consultant since 2004. She has over fourteen years of experience in design, new technologies, and interactive media. She believes in creating integrated experience that creates dialog between customers and clients. Her client list includes AARP, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), CVS, Microsoft, Amazon, Kraft, and Choice Hotels. Her role also entails researching and sharing industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences; applying and driving design standards across all channels.
