Melissa is a Senior UX Writer at Google, where she leads writing and design projects for Google Maps. Prior to Google, she was a principal designer at Ogilvy Experience Design (fka EffectiveUI), where she led multidisciplinary UX teams through design projects and programs for clients in healthcare, technology, and financial services. Melissa brings a varied background in design, research, and education to her current work and loves helping other writers grow their design analysis, prototyping, and leadership skills.
