Michelle is a Design Advocate at zeroheight. She serves the design community through knowledge sharing, building bridges, and identifying community needs and solutions. Her favorite topics include design systems, design operations, accessibility, globalization, and mentorship. Outside of work, she hosts a podcast called UX In Real Life, coaches people in their design careers, and loves hiking. Michelle has a master’s from the University of Baltimore in Interaction Design and Information Architecture – a fancy way of saying “UX.” Originally from the East Coast, Michelle now lives in Oakland, California.
