
Miriam Ynocencio serves as the Director of Design Technology focused on leading the Design Thinking practice within the AT&T Strategic Planning Organization. She is helping lead the movement towards a user-centered, creative problem-solving approach through Design Thinking at AT&T.
Miriam is responsible for driving speed to market, cost savings and increased quality by partnering with product management and development as she advocates for Design Thinking practices in advance of the project definition and development.
Before joining AT&T she held diverse roles in User Experience and Customer Experience at top Fortune 500 companies including Oracle, American Express, Home Shopping Network, Sabre Holdings, Travelocity and American Airlines – where she led initiatives that focused on developing desirable and effective Customer and User Experiences.
Miriam earned her Master’s Degree from the NYU Stern School of Business and currently serves as the Communications Lead for AT&T’s Women in Tech Employee Network and is also an active member and supporter of AT&T’s Hacemos Employee Resource Group. She is an adventurous foodie – who tries to recreate favorite dishes in her kitchen. In her down time, she travels as much as possible with her two children, Evan and Kate and their spoiled Havanese pup, Chopper.
