Priyanka Pathak is an award-winning creative director, product designer, engineer, artist and global health specialist who is the founder and principal of Samaj Studio, a creative studio for women’s health and wellbeing. She has 15 years of experience co-designing products and programs with women in 17 countries around the world as well as across the United States. Priyanka has worked extensively with many major international organizations – including the World Bank, UNICEF, WHO, Dalberg Design, and USAID – as well as small community organizations and private sector firms worldwide. She has also served as faculty at Arizona State University, Parsons School of Design, the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design, and TechChange, teaching courses on design, technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence for social impact. She holds a masters degree in global health informatics from Columbia University and bachelors degrees in information systems and business from the University of Texas at Austin, and also holds certificates in artificial intelligence, public health, and gender-based violence.
