Rannie Teodoro, Ph.D., is the Head of Design at Thumbtack, an online marketplace that matches customers with local service professionals. She oversees a growing 30-person org including Experience Research, Product Design, and Creative teams. Prior to Thumbtack, she was leading a team of UX researchers at Facebook. Her work has informed strategies for news-based platforms, search products, local services, and emerging markets.
