Shriya is a Conversational Experience Designer at Active AI. She has a Masters degree in Software Engineering from NUS, Singapore and brings her previous engineering experience into the design to make digital products, not just user friendly but also technically feasible. She firmly believes that a good design should be intuitive to the user and must meet the business requirements. She is passionate about Design Strategies, Service Design and Digital Innovation. Currently, she is building designs that can leverage the knowledge she has about her customer base and create meaningful journeys that wow them. Apart from work, She loves to sketch caricatures and create digital illustrations. More often she finds herself solving problems for her friends and family to make their lives healthy and happy.
