Tanya is a communication designer from India who has been working in the social impact space for over a decade. She is currently a Design Lead at YLabs in Rwanda, leading projects around sexual reproductive health, mental health and economic empowerment for youth.
In the past, she has worked as design lead at UNICEF’s Office of Innovation in New York. Before and during that time, she had the opportunity to work at NYU ITP, the School of Visual Arts, Center for Urban Pedagogy, and Teach for India. In her free time, Tanya enjoys making things with her hands, taking lots of photographs, rock climbing, petting all the dogs, and instagramming everything.
