Teresa Washburn leads a cross-functional UX Design team at Workday. She gets to work closely with people who put our users at the very center of the goal to design the future of finance. The team looks for opportunities to innovate the enterprise, and they have a blast doing it. Teresa believes in the power of connection and putting people first as the most direct path to success – both in scaling teams and partnering with her cross-functional partners.
Teresa lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her three kids, husband, and Tahlulah the wonder beagle. She’s a sucker for sunsets, and truly believes UX can save the world!
