
Therese Mushock leads product design for Facebook’s Navigation teams in Menlo Park, California, pathing 2.9 billion people worldwide to the content and services they love. As a people-focused, visionary manager, Therese leads with deep enthusiasm for the technology times we live in, and the humanistic implications of unprecedented advances Meta and other companies are making in spaces like AI and mixed reality. Therese earned her M.F.A. in 2010 from the Savannah College of Art and Design, bringing the appreciation for craft and visual design excellence she gained as a designer to her product leadership practice. She’s tackled complex business problems for companies large and small, eventually co-founding an innovation lab for an enterprise software company and designing the first wearable app to win an Appy® Award in 2015. She is committed to DE&I culture at Meta, regularly leading trainings for building inclusive and responsible products, and mentors women in tech through various programs including SCAD Ladies in Tech.
