Alison is a design lead for IBM’s Enterprise Design Thinking Platform team. She leverages her role as a product designer to research, explore, and validate interpersonal strategies for workplace problems. As an Enterprise Design Thinking Coach, Webby Award honoree, and three-time SXSW speaker, Alison brings her passion for systems thinking and human motivation to her work with global business leaders and new designers alike. In her current role, she develops strong communities of Coaches to scale design thinking across the teams of IBM and its clients.
