Aviva “Veevi” Rosenstein began researching how people use technology during the earliest days of the Web, and joined her first startup in 2000. By 2005, she was creating and sharing how to conduct user research in Agile development contexts, helping designers and product developers understand and empathize with the people who buy and use their technology. Aviva’s teams have helped launch hundreds of features for dozens of successful cloud services, including media portals, social networking sites, and enterprise platforms and applications. She’s built and managed high performing research teams at Yahoo News & Entertainment, Salesforce, and DocuSign. Currently Aviva directs global UX Research at Zendesk, helping make complex business applications beautifully simple.
