In 2004, Cara Miller, during a year of maternity leave, saw a gap in how agencies were serving their customers. With 80% of buyers being women and only 3% of creative directions being female, the disconnect in solutions and recommendations was evident.

With a heart for entrepreneurship, she set out to build an agency set on changing things up. It began with a closet desk and a dream. Working out of her home, she began to create an agency that was grounded in research, right sized solutions, and a focus on business results.

Cara offers a wide range of experience crafting solutions for numerous Fortune 500 companies who sought to improve their bottom line. A strategic thinker with a clear sense of what works, She has been instrumental in customer research and insight gathering to inform design and delivery. She is a creative and has a track record of successful rebranding and large-scale marketing communication implementations.

Cara was a panel speaker at Global Entrepreneur Week and spoke on female entrepreneurship.
