I’m a senior leader in UX and software design, currently heading a fantastic product design team at a SaaS scale-up. My leadership style is driven by a simple principle: see a problem, drive change, and empower others to become problem-solvers.
For over 13 years, I’ve been passionate about building digital products with a strong focus on accessibility, user-centricity, and inclusive design.
Outside of work, I love cats, snails, birds, coffee – and UX. I’m also the founder of Creatives Forever, a digital magazine where I write about (design/product) attitude, collaboration, design communication, people-centered organizations, and creating friendly work cultures.
Although I’m a passionate speaker, I’ve rarely shared my talks publicly – yet. I’d love to change that. I’m always happy to exchange ideas about the power of customer experience design and how designers can enable organizational transformation. 🚀
