Deepti Vyas, is the technology leader, team builder and a product coach. She has been in tech industry working at the top companies like Microsoft, Twitter and now Facebook for last 15+ years building scalable products and platforms serving millions of customers, and doing this while building high performing teams.
Deepti also is a certified coach and deeply curious about human mind and neuroscience behind it. Being an engineer at heart, she likes to debug human behavior to effectively coach people, teams in service of the company’s missions.
She has lead Mindfulness workshops and Women leadership circles at Facebook. Deepti loves sharing her knowledge and learnings to spark this much needed conversation on emotions and their impact on our work, success and the way we build products.
