
Dianne Que leads Product Design Operations at Zendesk, where she plays a key role in defining, establishing, and scaling the practice across an evolving product development organization. She is passionate about fostering diverse environments in which people feel safe to do their best work, and she has a track record of keeping teams energized around a cause.
Before Zendesk, Dianne co-led Design Operations at Pandora and was part of the inaugural Design Management team at Capital One/Adaptive Path, where she partnered with Design leaders to create unifying systems and processes, scale Service Design across the company, and help develop a Design Management community of practice.
