Elaine Montilla is an accomplished Senior Executive with almost two decades as an IT Leader in Higher Education. Skilled in Educational Technology, IT Strategy, Management, System Deployment, and Project Portfolio Management. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Elaine is also a TEDx speaker and the founder of 5xminority, a company and social media brand dedicated to empowering women and minorities to love themselves unconditionally and to promote the value of mentoring, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace (especially in Tech).
