Farwa is an award-winning Head of Product and Design. With 10 years in digital, she has led product at Nudge.ai, took financial exchange BCM from MVP to acquisition, and has devised interactive experiences for brands like Shoppers Drug Mart, Kraft, TSN, Sunnybrook, U.S Army, Blackberry and more to impact millions of customers through human-centered design. She is now the founder and CEO of Explorux, a product strategy and design consultancy where her team builds capabilities across startups and co-creates software products.
Farwa is also an Advisor for Junior Achievement of Canada with Deloitte where she helps entrepreneurs build tech companies, a former UX Educator at Brainstation, and an avid speaker. She has guest lectured at York University, and spoken at Shopify, Wealthsimple, Protohack, and the Blockchain Hub on leadership, diversity, and design to champion women in tech.
