Jamie is a Design Manager at Capital One with skills that span research, strategy, content, information architecture, interaction, UI design and design operations. As a design lead, she has shepherded the user’s experience across web and mobile solutions by guiding the vision, strategy, and cross-functional teamwork throughout a product’s lifecycle.
Jamie has worked primarily with enterprise businesses such as American Express, Amerisource Bergen, IBM and now Capital One. Her work has focused on improving internal systems to empower associates in leveraging data and insights to transform their work and efficiency, and providing customers with products that improve efficiency and improve lives. She is passionate about design strategy, while building processes and educating partners around how design works effectively and efficiently within an organization to achieve optimal user outputs.
