I have over 20 years of experience in building and leading high performing design and research teams.

I have worked in agencies where I won awards for my design including a BIMA, a New Blood Pencil and was nominated for an interactive BAFTA, before moving on to work in house for finance companies, GDS, The Telegraph, MOO and now Babylon Health

I have judged several awards including the D&ADs, and talk regularly all over the world.

I have spoken to over 1000 people at Mind The Product, alongside some of the biggest names in the industry at the Leading Design conference, as well as at conferences all over Europe, in South America and in Pakistan.
