Meet Jennifer. Equal parts business strategist and creative visionary, Jennifer takes a seat among the preeminent user experience innovators of our time. From Creative Director for Apple’s Instructional Products Group to User Experience lead at IBM and Intuit, Jennifer remains a driving force in the evolution of digital design. Today, as Executive Creative Director of Hot Studio, she directs our New York team with her razor-sharp product focus and inherent people-centered approach.

Lucky for Hot, she brings more than stellar credentials to her role. Known for her collaborative work style and philanthropic stewardship, Jennifer embodies the Hot philosophy. Through her work on the board of the New Media Consortium, she helped introduce higher education and learning institutions to high tech companies to enhance teaching and learning. And with her digital expertise and guidance, the Internet Archive and Center for Social Leadership non-profit initiatives empower everyday people to access information and opportunities that make a difference in the world.

Prior to joining Hot, Jennifer served as Creative Director at frog design where she led research, design strategy, interaction and visual design and product innovation for some of the world’s largest brands. Throughout her inspired career, she’s directed digital and convergent product initiatives for Disney, Chrysler, Sony, CableVison, NASA, Samsung, Hewlett-Packard, Johnson & Johnson, American Express, Microsoft, McKinsey and many other Fortune 500 companies.

Jennifer conducted her graduate work at New York University Interactive Telecommunications Program and holds an undergraduate degree in Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
