Jully is the Sr Director of Engineering Practices and Enablement and Chief of Staff to the EVP of Engineering at Zendesk. She is responsible for the scaled operations, culture and organizational agility of the global Engineering team. She has spoken at numerous conferences on agility, influence and organizational excellence. In addition, she was the first Chapter lead of the San Francisco Culture Collective meetup. Prior to Zendesk, she held roles responsible for growth and scale of a global PMO and Agile adoption across their product and engineering organizations, including Fastly, Big Commerce, and Turnitin. When she isn’t clicking buttons on a computer, she’s watching Star Wars with her 2 daughters, running an Etsy store and cooking bbq rib feasts.
