Have been in the IT industry for 20yrs -started as a developer to Six Sigma black belt to program manager to Agile coach. Got introduced to Design Thinking two years before and fell in love with it. Currently, I head the Design Thinking practice of LTI in North America bringing in digital transformation and enhance customer centricity. I have successfully conducted about 2 dozen design projects- across different domains and practices in this venture. I like to speak about why what and how of Design Thinking. I can showcase different use-cases where other clients in domains such as Banking, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing and many others have used design thinking to re-imagine their products and services.
