Katarina Ivarsson, Managing Director for Asia at Manyone.
Katarina has a Master of Industrial Design from Lund University, Sweden and a Masters Degree with Distinction in Design of Advanced Practices at Hong Kong PolyU School of Design. In 2009 she set up Boris Design Studio Ltd together with Anna Karlsson in Hong Kong. In 2019 Boris Design Studio joint forces with Manyone- a hybrid strategic design consultancy born in Denmark combining the best in strategy, creative thinking and technology, set out to become the biggest global independent design consultancy in the world.
Based in Hong Kong, Katarina is a member of the Board of Directors of Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Driven by the vision of curiosity and sustainability in both the physical and digital worlds, Katarina speaks five languages and has co-authored several books and publications such as Building Folkhemmet with IoT and Plei-Plei on how we play and socialize with mobile technology. She is a sought after speaker on the topics of design, future and technology.
