Kate McLaughlin is an energetic Design Researcher dedicated to user centered design and solution implementation that brings value to users. Kate considers herself an advocate for the user and will stop at nothing until her users are delighted. Kate worked in the healthcare industry for over 6 years creating innovative solutions for patients and healthcare organizations. Kate recently made the leap from design research for artificial intelligence and machine learning to the uncharted waters of Quantum computing at IBM.
