Keri Shull is one of America’s most successful real estate agents. Keri and her team have sold over $2B in real estate. She is growing her sphere of influence to stages around the world, is a renowned author and coach. As an entrepreneur, Keri has also started and invested in several other successful businesses.
Prior to founding the Keri Shull Team, Keri was one of the top salespersons for both NVR Homes and the Mayhood Company, winning several awards at both companies. In 2009 she founded the Keri Shull Team, immediately making it one of the top real estate teams in the Washington DC area. In 2013 Keri met Dan and their teams merged. During 2014, while at Keller Williams, her team was ranked fourth in the world out of all Keller Williams real estate agents. In 2015, Keri and Dan left Keller Williams to form their own brokerage quickly becoming one of the top 50 real estate teams in the entire world.
In June 2018, Keri was presented the second annual IES Women in Sales Leadership Award. “Dream big, implement fast and do not be afraid of failure,” continues to be her life motto.
Keri believes it’s important to surround yourself with people who have been where you are going. She has a passion for continuing to learn and help others. Her personal mentors have included: Craig Proctor, Rick Ruby, Tony Robbins, Gary Vee, and Grant Cardone. She is a frequent public speaker and enjoys coaching others to have, create and grow businesses that empower them to live their best lives.
“You can’t calculate the ROI of caring deeply for others, but it always wins,” Keri says. Keri is married to her wonderful husband Dan and is the proud mother of their three-year-old son, Braden and her 11-month-old daughter, Kierra. Keri is one of four children. Born in Portland, Oregon Keri and her family had moved 13 times by the time she graduated high school. Her passion for helping people move with ease came from watching her family navigate amazing and terrible transitions.
