Marie Cheung is currently a service designer at the UK government’s Department for Work and Pensions. She works closely with design, policy and delivery teams to improve welfare services and is passionate about making services more human.
Previously she worked at Snook, a service design agency based in Glasgow where she worked with both private and public sector clients such as NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and Wheatley Group. She is also co-organiser of the Leeds Service Jam, Leeds Gov Jam and CycleHack Leeds.
