Laura is the Head of Product Design at Fathom, a B2B SaaS product that integrates with Xero & QuickBooks to help businesses gain actionable insights from their financial data.
Over the last nine years, Laura has worked her way through design and UX roles in a variety of environments, from scrappy startups to corporate giants. Her background includes designing boundary-pushing digital experiences for travel giant Flight Centre, along with government, SaaS, health, fintech & real estate industries.
Laura’s passion for solving ‘people problems’ makes her an unflinching advocate for unravelling complexity, measuring UX, and crafting design systems. She became interested in improving the way design teams work in her previous role at Flight Centre, and this has since sparked into a fervent commitment to crafting strong, supportive design cultures.
