Known by her last name since middle school, Felter empowers young women to challenge the “shoulds” of life and helps professionals understand sexual assault. She is best known for her surprisingly positive and authentic commentary on unhappiness, healing, and shame.

At 28, she quit her full-time job as a technology and legal services consultant to travel the country and speak on these topics. She earned her Master of Science in Leadership & Human Capital Development while working full-time as a CRM administrator at a public flagship university in the U.S. She is also a former adjunct faculty member with experience teaching visual communication.
