Most recently, Lauren led the product design and research teams at Guild Education. Guild’s mission is to facilitate an affordable education for America’s 64 million working adults without a degree.
Before Guild, Lauren co-founded the venture-backed startup, Glassbreakers, as Head of Product and CTO. Glassbreakers began as a women’s peer-to-peer mentoring network. The company later pivoted to formulate enterprise software to support Fortune 500 diversity, equity and inclusion teams as a core business function.
Lauren’s passion is to innovate product design for companies having both thriving business models and social impact.
