Lindsay is a color-loving Brooklynite (via the great Midwest) working at the intersection of
writing and user experience design. While her field is usually called “content strategy,” she
prefers to say that she helps people get the information they need from digital and physical
experiences in clear and human-centered ways. She can get real nerdy over designing modular content systems, plain language, writing for inclusivity, building & nurturing a content strategy team, information hierarchy, and organizing everything around her by color. She’s currently leading a team of content strategists within Capital One Bank’s design team and serving as a member of the team’s
leadership.
