During her 25-year career, at startups and companies like Google, Starbucks, and frog, Liz has led and grown amazing teams around the world with whom she has delivered hundreds of cutting-edge web, desktop, mobile, and embedded solutions, released dozens of websites and mobile apps, and launched several products.
In January 2020, she co-founded Smith Assembly to create multi-dimensional learning experiences that promote healthier and more inclusive workplace cultures. They co-design their multi-team building workshops with leaders from the underserved communities supported by their donations.
